Do You Wake Up Every Night At The Same Time? This Is What It Means:

Our bodily functions are governed by internal systems and clocks inherent to humans. Our physical health and spiritual well-being are directly connected..

The patterns of energy placement and movement to different areas of the body at different period of times is closely examined by traditional Chinese medicinal methods. Our body devotes different energies to different organs in the period of 24 hours.

Has it happened that you wake up every night at the same time? This could mean that some of your energy is being blocked or misdirected. As a result, our natural balance and cycle is being disrupted. Organs need energy to heal and operate.

Here is a list of times and the organs they are associated with. Many of these blockages should be viewed physically and emotionally. You should review what and when you’ve been eating, as these can be reasons for your symptoms.

When do you usually wake up in the night? What does it mean?

9 pm To 11 pm

At this time most of the people try to fall asleep. It is the time when our endocrine system rebalances and enzymes are replenished. What is the function of our endocrine system? It manages hormones and metabolism.

If you try to fall asleep at this time and you can’t this could be due to the fact that you are still mentally stuck in the events of the day or if you are eating poorly or too late in the day. What should you do? Repeat positive mantras that will release your tension.

11 pm To 1am

According to Chinese belief this is the time in the 24 hour cycle when the yin is turned into yang. If you often wake up during this period of time it may be due to resentments you carry.  Yang energy is very active and your body is supposed to store this energy for the next day. Reinforce self love and appreciation, stay calm and keep your energy.

Physically this is the time when the gallbladder is breaking down fats. If you wake up at this time you may be consuming too much unhealthy fats or oils.

1am To 3am

The body goes through renewal and detoxification process during this time. At this time your liver is breaking down toxins and releasing them, while fresh blood is being produced.

If you wake up between 1 am and 3 am it may indicate frustration, anger and negative formations. If you aren’t taking into consideration these spiritual toxins then your ‘’spiritual’’ liver is trying to get your attention for solving these problems.

3am To 5am

During this time the lungs provide the body with oxygen. You need to warm yourself enough in order to facilitate body functions. Try breathing exercises if you wake up during this time. Lung problems are often connected to sadness and grief.

Waking up around 3am can also be a sign of ascension, which is the process of raising your vibrational levels from what they once were. It is associated with entering a more enlightened or awakened spiritual state. Other signs include changes in appetite, lucid dreaming, long periods of feeling cold, and sensitivity to strange sounds.

5am To 7am

Toxins that have earlier been broken down are being cleared out of the system at this time. Between 5 and 7 am large intestine is active. If you eat poor diet or eat late in the night, it can result in waking up at this time.
